• Please be clear about what you want before reaching out. I prefer clear descriptions that give me some insight into what you would like me to draw and paint, over “do what you want” offers. (For instance, if you have a specific pose, scene, or background in mind, just let me know. It’s okay to describe exactly what you want)
• Do not reach out if you’re in a hurry. Creating art and concepts takes time.  : )
• – The client (you) is allowed to use commissioned artwork, copyrighted work, for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
• – The client is not allowed to remove watermarks/signatures from artwork without my written permission. Watermarks will be added to correction proof sheets (which are not included or free to use).
• – Commissioners may promote themselves using the bought artwork, so long as credit is given. (Proper credit = Name and link to website clearly visible, at least 10pt typography)
• – I am (artist) allowed to use, post, and share the work anywhere to my liking. If you do not want me to publish my work anywhere, this might come with extra fees.
• – No fan arts. I’m sorry.
• – I will not do “Furries“, “lewd” and “NSFW“, or any stuff you can get on the web       on certain websites… I don’t mind painting love scenes of characters. This may affect the price.
• – I will not create art of anything that deals with explicit violence.  Gore and explicit/abusive sexually portrayed characters are a big “no-no” to me.
• – Horror/Ghosts/Monster/Scary stuff is okay.

• All prices are listed in € and payment is taken through PayPal invoice.
• I charge upfront. This is to avoid getting scammed.
• Please make sure you have the money ready before commissioning.
  Not having it will waste both our time plus it delays my queue further and is unfair to other commissioners.

• Once the commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable. However, in case you have paid upfront and I have not yet started the sketch, I am more than happy to give you a refund. Art takes time and time is money. 

• There are no more free revisions after the sketch has been approved. If you would like to make further alterations that do not regard small changes or color, there will be an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before moving forward. This way we can smoothly work out the order together. : )

• You are not allowed to use your commission to gain profit. (This excludes companies).

• If you are a company, and you want to use my work commercially, please send me an Email so we can discuss terms and set up a contract.

• There is no bulk price, discount or sale for purchasing multiple artworks at once. I work by a set rate to be able to make a living, so the prices are not up for negotiation.

• Workshops need to be paid a week in advance before start. (Not available due to Pandemic, sorry)
